Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) are a contract between you and the operator of JobClaude (“JobClaude”, “we”, “us”) for your use of the JobClaude website and related features (the “Service”).

By creating an account, uploading a resume, connecting Google, purchasing access, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use JobClaude.

JobClaude helps job seekers upload a resume, find matching roles, send applications, and track progress. As described on the homepage, you can upload your resume once; the Service uses AI to find matching jobs, support applications across job sites, and show status in your dashboard.

Depending on the features you use, the Service may:

• Accept a PDF resume and build a profile from it.
• Search publicly listed roles on third-party boards such as LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, Glassdoor, and Foundit.
• Score how well a listing fits your profile and draft application email copy.
• Send applications from your connected Gmail account, with your resume attached, to a recruiter or careers address you confirm.
• Track sent applications and check those Gmail threads for replies.
• Unlock additional matched jobs through paid JobClaude Pro plans.

Job listings, employer sites, and application outcomes are outside our control. We do not guarantee interviews, offers, or that any particular board will accept an application.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter this contract. The Service is aimed at people looking for work, not at children.

You may sign in with Google. You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping access to that Google account secure. Tell us if you think someone else is using your JobClaude account.

Information you submit — including your resume and profile — must be true, current, and yours to share. Do not impersonate anyone else or apply to jobs on another person’s behalf without their permission.

When you apply through JobClaude, you are the applicant. Emails go out from your Gmail address. You authorise us to send those messages, attach your resume, and use a recruiter or careers address that you confirm.

You are responsible for reviewing drafts before they are sent, for the accuracy of your materials, and for following the rules of each employer and job board. We may suggest a contact from publicly available information; you must check that the recipient is appropriate before sending.

Connecting Gmail is optional for browsing jobs, but required to send applications from your inbox and to check those threads for replies. You can revoke Google access at any time in your Google Account permissions. Revoking access stops future sends and reply checks; it does not unsend messages already delivered.

JobClaude uses automated systems to extract profile details from your resume, compare you with job listings, and draft application emails. Output can be incomplete, outdated, or wrong. You should review it before you rely on it or send it to an employer.

You keep ownership of your resume and other materials you upload. We do not claim ownership of AI drafts created for you. You grant us a limited licence to host, process, and display that content only as needed to run the Service, as described in the Privacy Policy.

Similar drafts may be produced for other users. AI features are provided as a convenience, not as professional, legal, or career advice.

Some matched jobs and tools sit behind JobClaude Pro. Plans and prices are shown in the product at checkout. As of these Terms, you can use Free (3 job applies) or buy a Job Pack (₹999 for 50 job unlocks), billed in Indian rupees.

Payments are processed by Razorpay. We do not store your full card or UPI credentials. Taxes, if any, are as presented at checkout or required by law.

Digital access is generally provided as soon as payment succeeds. Unlock counts that you have already used are not refunded, except where Indian consumer law requires otherwise or we cannot deliver the paid feature. If a plan is described as cancellable, cancellation stops further paid access according to what was shown when you purchased; it does not undo applications you already sent.

We may change prices or plan details for future purchases. Changes do not take away Job Pack unlocks you have already paid for, except as required by law or these Terms.

JobClaude links to and works with independent services, including Google (sign-in and Gmail), Razorpay (payments), and job boards and employers. Their terms and privacy policies apply to those services. We are not responsible for their content, availability, or hiring decisions.

Do not use JobClaude to break another site’s rules, scrape it in an unauthorised way, or send spam. We may suspend accounts that abuse the Service or harm employers, job boards, or other users.

You agree not to:

• Upload malware, or content you do not have the right to use.
• Misrepresent your identity, work history, or right to work.
• Use the Service to harass employers, recruiters, or other people.
• Probe, disrupt, or overload the Service, or bypass payment or access limits.
• Copy, resell, or reverse engineer the Service except as allowed by law.
• Use JobClaude if you are a competitor building a similar product, other than ordinary personal job-seeking.

JobClaude, including the name, logo, site design, and software, is owned by us or our licensors. These Terms give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service. They do not transfer any ownership.

Feedback you send about the product may be used to improve JobClaude without paying you. That does not include your resume or job-search materials, which stay yours.

We aim to keep JobClaude running, but we do not promise uninterrupted or error-free service. Job boards, Google, payment providers, and AI systems can fail or change their rules.

We may add, change, or remove features, including paid features, with notice where it is reasonable to give it. We may suspend or stop the Service if we have to, including for security, legal, or operational reasons.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that AI output is accurate or that using JobClaude will get you a job.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, JobClaude is not liable for lost offers, lost profits, lost data, or indirect or consequential loss. Our total liability for claims arising out of the Service is limited to the amount you paid us for JobClaude in the three months before the claim, or ₹1,000 if you have not paid us, except where liability cannot be limited (including for fraud or death or personal injury caused by negligence).

Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have as a consumer under Indian law that cannot be waived.

You may stop using JobClaude at any time and may disconnect Google from your Google Account. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these Terms, creates risk, or is inactive.

After termination, provisions that should survive — including intellectual property, disclaimers, liability limits, and governing law — continue to apply.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts of competent jurisdiction in India have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any non-waivable consumer rights you have in your place of residence.

We may update these Terms. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. If a change is material, we will try to give reasonable notice in the product. Continued use after the update means you accept the revised Terms. If you do not agree, stop using the Service.
